36" SCE / SCH / SCW
The Applied Comfort S-Series Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner provides quality all electric comfort control for hotels, motels, apartments, offices and other applications requiring the advantages of individual room heating and cooling. Builders and owners will appreciate the simplicity of applying multiple units to new structures and the flexibility of adding units where needed when modernizing or enlarging existing buildings.

- Washable, aluminum mesh air filter
- Separate indoor and outdoor fan motors
- Up to 90 CFM fresh air vent
- Auto-close vent door
- Extensively insulated wall sleeve and chassis
- Low watt density, high efficiency electric heater
- Heat-fused polyester paint over phosphated galvanized steel
- Heat Pump and Hydronic heating models also available
